Welcome to my shop of free-spirited beach ready fashion and accessories! My collection of beach and resort wear range from elegant to Bohemian to wild & free-spirited. 

Here at Ombre’ Rene’ we believe in giving back to our community and a portion of all proceeds goes to charity. We are dog lover’s and are currently supporting two local dog shelters, Saving Paws Rescue that specializes in German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois. Also, Sunshine Dog Rescue that saves all breed of dogs. When you buy from Ombre’ Rene’ you are directly helping to save lost and hurt dogs and give them an opportunity to find a loving home. 

My goal is to continue to share a growing line of fashion and accessories with a nod to beach lovers everywhere and a twist of whimsical boho flair. Thank you so much for your support!

Payment

I accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as my primary methods of payment .

I must do my part and charge Sales Tax for purchases shipped within AZ.  And I also am pretty honest and cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" unless it truly is a gift. While I know that taxes and duties are no fun, just be assured I am ethical in every part of my business.

Shipping

{Shipping Method}

• I ship via UPS & USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible.

• Domestic orders will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel.

• USPS offers delivery confirmation number not tracking numbers. While the number can give a general idea of where your package may be it does not always reflect its status. {Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments} USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance:

• Ombre’ Rene’ is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer.

• We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.

• If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering. 

{Shipment & Address Changes}

We strive to ship same day of purchase, for this reason we will use the addresses provided to us on the invoice. Be sure to verify your address because:

• I will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses.

• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser. 

{International Orders} • International orders are average 5-15 business days for delivery.

• Ombre’ Rene’ is not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages • International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment

• If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS and send us a convo before you purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Ombre’ Rene’ is care-free and fun, but we promise not to take your customer experience lightly.

BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up. Other times we’re lovingly putting on its finishing touches. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than two weeks, we can issue a refund. We know when you love something, you shift into OMG-Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We heart your patience and excitement.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed clothing (and purses) with no stains, visible wear, or smells may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. All accessories, jewelry, intimates and leg wear items are final sale only. (We like to think of it as true love.) With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have up front.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. By purchasing from this site you agree to our policies.
